WARRANTY, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All our pieces have a period of 25 calendar days from the delivery date, under the following conditions:

    • There is no monetary refund for size errors, only exchange with immediate delivery pieces, the customer bears the shipping costs
    • All changes are due to a factory defect or workmanship under normal consumer use, that is, pieces with moisture, scratches, mistreatment, among other situations, or discoloration in rose gold or shine pieces are not changed, their wear depends on different variants. .
    • Changes due to factory defects will be fully absorbed by Zalett.
    • In case of purchase by order there is no exchange of parts due to wrong size since they are products ordered from the factory and not from our immediate delivery stock.
    • We are not responsible for any situation with parcels, it is recommended to take out insurance for each shipment and notify any situation within a period of less than 48 hours.

    If the change is for reasons other than a factory defect, in that case there is no refund, but we can offer you other options

    • Exchange it for another product of equal price.
    • Exchange it for another product with a higher price and pay the difference required.*
    • Exchange it for another lower priced product (without refund of the difference for operating expenses) .
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and reshipping will be at your expense.

    *To make this change valid, send an email to hola@zalett.com with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Situation or reason for the change.
    • Product received
    • Desired product
    • Depending on the case, request payment information or include transfer information: name, bank, account number, CLABE).*

    RESHIPMENTS

    As we mentioned, Zalett is not responsible for the costs associated with the resending of orders in the following cases:

    • Incomplete or wrong address
    • When shipping parcels cannot contact the customer after several absences from home.
    • If the shipments are due to changes at the customer's request (other than factory defects).
