Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Use of the certificate constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

I) For no reason and under no circumstances may the balance of this CARD be exchanged for cash, nor may it be credited to any credit account.

II) The balance of this CARD may only be used for the acquisition of goods and/or services within the products of www.zalett.com

III) The balance of this CARD corresponds to the price specified on the displayed sign and/or the balance that is purchased and activated.

IV) This CARD is not rechargeable and is for 1 use only . If you have leftover money, it is NOT cumulative and does NOT apply with other promotions.

V) The balance of this CARD may be used during a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Any change is due to a factory defect or workmanship under normal consumer use, that is, I do not change pieces with humidity, scratches, abuse, among other situations or discoloration in rose gold or shine pieces, their wear depends on different variants. .
• Shipping costs due to factory defects will be fully absorbed by Zalett.
  
  If the change is for reasons other than a factory defect, in that case there are no returns or exchanges.

Vll) The amount of the certificate does not apply to shipping costs.

Vlll) RESHIPMENTS

As we mentioned, Zalett is not responsible for the costs associated with the resending of orders in the following cases:

• Incomplete or wrong address
• When shipping parcels cannot contact the customer after several absences from home.
• If the shipments are due to changes at the customer's request (other than factory defects).

Therefore, make sure you enter your complete and correct information!
